How is a salad ever this filling?

I just had a salad from Rio Cafe, which is this quaint Brazillian eatery tucked into Preservation Park in Oakland. It's super convenient because CSHC is located in Preservation Park, too. The salad was a quarter dressing (a subtle garlic-cilantro), half romaine lettuce, and a quarter chicken + tostada pieces. I'm a-refreshed, which isn't necessarily a bad thing... but now, I feel like taking a nap on the office carpet.

I should have given the preemptive "dressing on the side!" call.. drats to my assumptions.
